Mallika Singh
Pastry Chef Mallika was a banker till 2015 having worked in both Indian and foreign banking companies. Her passion around travel, food and anything natural re-routed her career from balance sheets to baking without preservatives and experiment with 100% natural ingredients.
She did her bachelors in Commerce from Punjab University and masters from Annamalai.
She received her Diploma in Patisserie, from City & Guilds, London through their affiliation with Lavonne Academy of Baking Science & Pastry Arts, Bangalore.
