When an investor makes an eligible investment through the MF4Good distribution arrangement, the applicable Asset Management Company (AMC) may pay a distribution commission. Under the MF4Good arrangement, this commission is directed to GRINS Network Trust for community giving.

Yes. You may choose an ongoing GRINS community initiative or nominate another suitable community programme, subject to applicable requirements and due diligence.

An indicative amount of potential monthly support will be communicated before participation. Periodic details will then be provided showing the amount generated and its deployment to the selected community programme.

The support is intended to be generated monthly for as long as the relevant investment relationship continues through the MF4Good distribution arrangement and eligible commissions remain payable.

No. Amounts directed for community benefit cannot be returned to the investor. This is not a cashback, rebate or payback mechanism.

The arrangement may be discontinued by either party with two working days' notice, subject to applicable operational requirements. Community support generated through the arrangement will cease when the relevant investment relationship ends.
